Oliver has spent 15+ years in IP enforcement and investigations, more than ten of them in Asia. His experience spans both the strategic and operational sides of IP enforcement, from understanding complex threats and building cases to coordinating specialist providers and helping clients decide when and how to act.

Complex IP enforcement is often spread across investigators, law firms, monitoring platforms, local providers, internal teams and jurisdictions. Each may play an important role, but someone still needs to hold the strategic view. Talented IP was created to hold that strategic view and coordinate the response.
