Turn what you know into a case you can act on.

We turn the intelligence and material you already hold into evidence for a specific action. We start from the action and work backwards.

Illustrative example: what three enforcement routes might need established. The referral route is chosen. Civil action has a gap in operational locations. The referral route's one gap, the online to offline link, is the gap that matters.

Evidence

Intelligence is not evidence by default.

Understanding something and being able to act on it are not always the same thing. The evidence needed depends on the route: platform action, a payment or infrastructure intervention, civil, administrative or criminal enforcement, or a referral to law enforcement.

Case quality matters. A strong referral has to be understandable, relevant, supported and actionable. Relationships may open a door. Case quality helps the recipient assess the referral and decide whether to act.

Is this for you?

Evidence work starts with the action you want to take.

How we approach it

  1. Establish the requirement

We set out what the action needs, review what you already hold and use what's relevant.

  2. Close the gaps that matter

We bring in the right capability where further evidence could change the outcome and justifies the cost and delay.

  3. Organise the case

We put the material into a clear case for the next decision.

The action decides what evidence you need.

Evidence is the third of our four stages. How we work →

What to expect

Clear terms before any work starts, and evidence that's proportionate to the action.

  1. First call

  2. Written proposal

The scope, timing and fee are set out in writing before any work starts.

  3. Building the case

We use what's already relevant and only add work where a gap would change the outcome.

  4. Readiness review

We set out what the material supports for your chosen action and any gaps that remain.
