Police from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) searched a warehouse in Plaridel, Bulacan on 6 October, according to reports in the Daily Tribune and SunStar. They seized what the reports describe as counterfeit slimming coffee worth an estimated ₱6.1 million, along with raw materials, packaging and production equipment. [1], [2]

The search warrant was for alleged violations of the Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293), and representatives of the trademark owner took part. Eight employees at the site were arrested and are under investigation. The reports don’t name the brand, and no charges or court outcomes have been reported so far. [1], [2]
The CIDG also warned that counterfeit food products, including slimming products, may pose health risks. [2]
What stands out is that this appears to be a production site, not a stall or an online shop. Taking out raw materials, packaging and equipment can disrupt supply far more than removing finished stock. It also shows the value of a brand owner being involved when an operation goes ahead, so there’s someone on hand who knows the genuine product.
